How long until I notice anything?β
Most people notice a difference somewhere in week two or three. Prebiotic fiber works by feeding your gut bacteria, which takes a little time. If you're expecting something tonight, this isn't that.
Is this a laxative?+
No. There are no stimulant laxatives, senna, or magnesium here. It's soluble prebiotic fiber β the slower, gentler route, and the one you can stay on.
Will it make me gassy or bloated?+
Some people feel a little extra gas in the first few days while their gut adjusts β that's typical with any fiber increase. Start with half a pouch for three days, drink plenty of water, and build from there.
I have IBS / I'm low-FODMAP. Can I eat these?+
Start small β a few gummies β and increase slowly. If you're managing a diagnosed gut condition, check with your doctor before adding any new fiber.
Can I take it alongside a GLP-1?+
Plenty of our customers do. It's food, not a medication β but if you're on a prescription, run it past your doctor first.
What does ALL GOOD taste like?+
Juicy watermelon, with the chew you remember from the candy aisle. Colored with real fruit and vegetable juice, sweetened with monk fruit, only 7g sugar.
Are they gluten-free? Dairy-free?+
Gluten free and dairy free. They contain bovine collagen and gelatin, so they're not vegetarian.
